GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Trinity Health’s newest mental health facility will break ground this summer so it can focus on a 2025 opening.
Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a joint venture between Trinity Health Michigan and Universal Health Services. It will built in Byron Center near the Trinity Health Medical Center.

The 96-room Southridge Behavioral Hospital will serve adult and geriatric patients. About 170 full-time and part-time staff will be hired. In addition to counseling and psychiatric services, the facility will also offer art and music therapy along with outdoor activities.
