DETROIT (Michigan News Source) –Former President Donald Trump plans to visit Michigan on June 25 as the keynote speaker for an Oakland County Republican Party.

The event is at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi and the event will honor President Abraham Lincoln. Tickets will be available beginning May 11, according to a social media post by the Oakland County Republican Party.
This is the latest of many visits the former president has made to the Great Lakes State, and normally attracts thousands of supporters. Trump’s last visited Michigan in October to support GOP gubernatorial candidate Tudor Dixon. She lost to Gov. Gretchen Whitmer the following month. In addition, Trump spent time in Michigan in April 2022 stumping for dozens of candidates he endorsed in the August primary election.
Trump announced he is running for president in 2024. He won Michigan in 2016 but lost the state to President Joe Biden in 2020.
