WASHINGTON (Michigan News Source) – The Ferris State University football team has been honored at the White House with 47 other teams from all three NCAA divisions for College Athletes Day. Ferris State is the two-time defending NCAA Division.

Two national champions and head coach Tony Anese called it a “great honor to have our program and university selected to be recognized at such an historic landmark in a statement.”

The Bulldogs have a 28-1 record over the last two seasons, with their only loss being to rival Grand Valley State University 22-21 last season, and they avenged that loss with a 24-21 playoff win.
