GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The city of Grand Rapids is looking to hire dozens of lifeguards for the upcoming summer pool season.
The city’s park and recreation department will pay for certification from the American Red Cross, which costs $275 and is valid for two-years, for up to 75 people who want to become lifeguards.

Those who are interested must be 15-years-old or older and applications can be made on the city’s website.
