CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Fire crews in Macomb County brought an enormous fire at a warehouse under control early Tuesday morning, while flying debris from the explosion killed a 19-year-old bystander.

Authorities said the explosion at Select Distributors sent flames and debris into the sky, saying it rained down fragments as far as a mile away. A firefighter is recovering from his injuries.

Select Distributors, reportedly houses nitrous oxide tanks related to vaping products. The explosion remains under investigation.
