LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Powerball jackpot is over one billion dollars after no one won the grand prize in Monday night’s drawing.

Six tickets netted players one million dollars each. Those tickets were sold in North Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Minnesota and Maryland, and recorded two lucky winners.

The next drawing takes place Wednesday, with the cash option on a win of more than $527 million dollars.
