Emergency services like 911, dispatch, law enforcement and fire operations are not impacted. The city is not aware whether the attack, which caused an internal network and internet outage, affected resident or employee data.

The attack disrupted online credit card payments for water, sewer, and tax so only cash and check payments can be made.
