OWOSSO, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A traffic stop in Shiawassee County turned from “Is there a problem, officer?” to “Will you marry me?” thanks to a marriage proposal planned by one man and Owosso police.

In April, the Owosso Police Department said Mike Leddy asked for their help to create a unique and memorable marriage proposal for his girlfriend, Katelynn Frost. The couple works in the Michigan Department of Corrections, and the officers were happy to help. (Spoiler alert: she said yes!)
