WHITE LAKE TOWNSHIP, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – When a car hit and killed a pregnant deer in Oakland County this week, one police officer stepped in and delivered her fawn.
In a May 7 Facebook post, the White Lake Township Police Department said when Officer Wright arrived at the scene, “he was able to remove the fawn, warm it up, and get it breathing. He then brought it to the station where Officer Snow continued to care for it, giving it a nice bed to lay in and some milk.”

“We can now mark deer birthing and deer neonatal care off the list. Best of luck with your life Baby Meijer!!!!”
