TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The suspect in last month’s stabbing at a Traverse City Walmart store has been found not competent to stand trial.
Friday’s hearing focused on 42-year-old Bradford Gille’s mental fitness to participate in legal proceedings. The ruling means Gille’s case is on hold while he undergoes treatment at a state forensic center.

Gille faces 12 charges related to the Saturday, July 26 stabbings, including a charge of terrorism. Eleven people were injured. All have been treated and released or treated and transferred to other facilities.
