LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – You could say Donald Trump is keeping Dana Nessel up at night.
“Time and again, the White House has tried to illegally dismantle federal agencies and programs created by Congress … ” Nessel tweeted from her personal X account at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday.

Pinned on the Michigan Attorney General X account is a running tally of how many federal actions against Trump that Nessel’s office has been involved in.
As of Nov. 14, that included 37 lawsuits and 19 active injunctions or temporary restraining orders.
But then on Nov. 25, the AG’s office joined a lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development over a reorganization of funding for homelessness.
