WEXFORD COUNTY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – In a dramatic overnight development in the Rebecca Kay Park investigation, Wexford County detectives executed a search warrant Sunday night at the Boon Township home of Rebecca’s biological mother, Cortney Marie Bartholomew, and her husband, Bradly Alan Bartholomew. By early Monday morning, both were in custody at the Wexford County Jail.

Major police presence, residents and dogs removed from property.

According to numerous witnesses who were live-streaming from the scene – including extended footage recorded by Jessica Nevius Coleman – multiple law enforcement units arrived at the home on 30 S 21 1⁄2 Road on Sunday. On-scene witnesses reported seeing Cortney, Brad, Rebecca’s 14-year- old brother, and three dogs escorted off the property as investigators secured the area.

Witnesses also reported seeing vehicles and other property items being towed or removed, consistent with the broad scope of the warrant.

Search warrant: DNA, blood evidence, burial sites, digital devices.

A copy of the search warrant – posted online by Cortney herself on TikTok – shows investigators were authorized to search for:

  • DNA and trace evidence, including blood, hair fibers, and fingerprints
  • Clothing, footwear, bedding, trash, drains, and tools possibly containing biological material
  • Electronic devices capable of storing data
  • Evidence of injury or death
  • Any suspected burial site, including potential human remains or a fetus
  • Materials used to transport or dispose of remains

The warrant, signed by Hon. Corey J. Wiggins on November 25, 2025, applied to the mobile home, all outbuildings, vehicles, yards, and containers on the property.

Witness: Brad driven toward area where Rebecca’s phone was found.

Coleman, a witness live-streaming the event, reported seeing Brad being brought back to the property in a law enforcement vehicle – and driven toward the same area where Rebecca’s phone was previously recovered, raising further questions about his movements and involvement.
