Court records show Bojeh’s lengthy criminal and mental health history, including a prior attempted first-degree murder case in which a jury found him not guilty by reason of insanity. In the 2021 case, Bojeh faced aggravated battery charges as well after allegedly shooting at a person and random vehicles in a Kissimmee gas station parking lot.

In addition, Bojeh’s record shows repeated arrests for felony drug possession and misdemeanor resisting an officer without violence. Florida Attorney General Attorney General James Uthmeier posted Bojeh’s court records on X.

In an interview with Fox News, Osceola County Sheriff Christopher Blackmon described Bojeh as a “frequent flyer” with his department and “a threat to the neighborhood all the time.”

Bojeh faces three counts of premeditated murder and one count of resisting arrest without violence. He is housed at the Osceola County Jail without bond.
