TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Bradford Gille, the man accused of stabbing 11 people in the Traverse City Walmart on July 26, 2025, has been found competent to stand trial.
Judge Michael Stepka made the ruling on Friday. Last August, Stepka ruled Gille could not understand the charges against him and ordered him to receive treatment. After evaluating Gille’s treatment, the court determined he understands the proceedings against him and can assist in his own defense.
