ALBION, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Officials at Albion College have called off the alligator hunt.
The search for the alligator spotted two different times on July 10 and 11 is over as there have been no more confirmed sightings.
Officials looked day and night for several days for the gator with no evidence indicating an alligator has been or was in or near the river.
They still ask visitors to the Whitehouse Nature Center to remain vigilant but are comfortable calling off the search.
