GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Jurors will start their first full day of deliberations on Tuesday in the trial of two men accused of hatching a plan to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer.
This is the second time that federal prosecutors have made this case. Another jury found two defendants not guilty in April while failing to come to a unanimous decision regarding Adam Fox and Barry Croft, Jr. Two other men pleaded guilty.

Prosecutors said some of the best evidence against Fox and Croft, Jr. came from their own words.
However, defense lawyers blamed FBI informants for creating the scheme and infiltrating the group with that intent.
