GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Dogs rescued from a medical breeding facility in Virginia are being rehomed in Michigan.
One of the 4,000 beagles saved from the facility has a new forever home in Rockford. Layla’s new owner said her pup hadn’t bathed in five years, but has been adjusting well to her new home.
The Humane Society of West Michigan says they had more than 300 applications for the dogs.
