HOWELL, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Car lovers will soon have a new hangout.

Motorsports Gateway Howell will be a 273-acre automotive club serving folks who love to drive. The first phase of construction will start in early January and will include a 2.2 mile performance driving circuit, paddock, members clubhouse, track-fronting private garage condos, and a public nature trail.

It is expected to be ready by summer with phases two and three to follow.

Motorsports Gateway will offer 150 memberships starting at $35,000 with annual dues of $7500.
