ROCKFORD, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Rockford High School marching band is off to Pasadena, California to play in the Rose Parade.

The Rose Parade precedes the Rose Bowl game on Jan. 2.

After blizzards cancelled a slew of Southwest flights, it left the trip in doubt. However, the group secured a flight and took off on Thursday.

The 2023 Tournament of Roses Parade will air at 11:00 a.m. EST on Jan. 2. The Rockford High School marching band will perform three songs.
