CHARLEVOIX, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – When you live in a winter wonderland like Michigan, you have to find ways to enjoy the snow. Boyne Mountain Resort has one solution.
Visitors can now enjoy MoonBikes at Boyne Mountain Resort. MoonBikes are fully electric snow bikes that fun silently and can hit top speeds of 26 mph on snow covered trails.
They are offering guided forest tours and now have 10 MoonBikes available to rent and have a range of about 35 miles depending on the depth of the snow.
The bike are designed with a big ski in the front and a spinning track in the back.
Boyne has become the first ski resort in the Midwest to offer this experience.
