LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – It’s Free Snowmobiling Weekend in Michigan!

The Michigan Department of Natural Resources said anyone in Michigan can enjoy snowmobiling without purchasing a snowmobile trail permit and registration on Saturday, February 11 and Sunday, February 12.

Riders can explore thousands of miles of Michigan DNR snowmobile trails, public roads, and public lands.

Although required permits and registrations are waived, riders must obey all other snowmobile rules and regulations.
