LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – In an unprecedented move the Michigan Court of Appeals ordered James and Jennifer Crumbley to stand trial for the deadly mass school shooting perpetrated by their son. The court ruled there was enough evidence to send it to trial and that Ethan Crumbley’s actions were reasonably foreseeable. The
parents are charged with involuntary manslaughter in the case. The court concluded it is reasonable he
could not have committed the shooting without the actions of his parents. A trial date has not been set.
