FLINT, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The Flint City Council’s Special Affairs Committee is working on several ordinance changes to clear the way for pedal party bikes downtown.

Officials hope to complete the required law changes in time for partiers to pedal around downtown Flint this summer.

Pedal party bikes are popular in bigger cities. However, before any pedal party bikes are allowed in Flint, the City Council must approve legislation and taxation requirements. They will be working on the proposal this spring, and aim to have pedal bikes roaming Flint by the time summer starts.
