BAY CITY, Mich. (Michigan News Source)- Bay City Police have arrested a 16-year-old boy for leaving threatening notes at Bay City Central High School. He is being lodged in the Bay County Juvenile Home. One of his two notes threatened to shoot up the school. Classes were canceled last Friday and yesterday at the school. The Bay County Prosecutor’s office is reviewing the case for possible charges.
