GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The city of Grand Rapids is preparing to hold an expungement fair.
The expungement fair takes place on May 13th from 9 am-to-4 pm at the Salvation Army Kroc Center. Pre-registration is open now through April 12th. Up to three felonies can be expunged in a lifetime.
There is no limit on misdemeanors or traffic offenses. The city’s Clean Slate website has the list of offenses that qualify.
A social equity job-fair will also be held with felon-friendly employers present. Job readiness training will also be offered.
