WARREN, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A lawsuit has been filed against an Olive Garden restaurant in Michigan after a man says he was served soup with a severed rat’s leg in it.

Thomas Howie said he ate at the Olive Garden in Warren in March with friends. While eating some soup, he felt a sharp stab in his cheek and discovered something covered in fur.

A doctor later confirmed it was part of a rat and gave Howie a Tetanus shot and antibiotics.
