IONIA, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A 43-year-old Ionia woman has been convicted in the July 2022 crash that killed two cyclists and injured three others who were participating in a Make-A-Wish bicycle ride.

A jury found Mandy Marie Benn guilty on Friday of all 15 counts she faced. Her sentencing date has not been set.

The two cyclists killed in the crash were 48-year-old Ann Arbor resident Edward Erickson and 57-year-old Bloomfield Hills resident Michael Salhaney.
