DETROIT (Michigan News Source) – The Detroit Tigers are planning to install a new videoboard and sound system in the park before the 2024 season.

Construction on the new 15,688 square-foot video board is expected to begin in the next few days.

The Ilitch Sports and Entertainment says fans will see and hear a noticeable difference on Opening Day in Comerica Park.

The new video board will be more than double the size of the existing one.
