LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Michigan marked the start of trout season on Saturday, and the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) has some tips to protect the state’s natural resources and ensure a great experience without any snags.

Where can I purchase a license?

Purchase online here or at DNR customer service centers statewide. Many sporting good outlets and service stations also sell fishing licenses. In addition, licenses can be purchased on the Michigan DNR Hunt Fish app. Access license info, maps, certificates and more on the go – download from the App Store for Apple devices and the Google Play Store for Android devices.
