PENTWATER, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A death investigation has been launched after a body washed onto the shore of Lake Michigan in Oceana County near Pentwater on Friday.

Michigan State Police detectives from the Hart Post are working to identify the individual. Officials say foul play is not suspected.
