CARO, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – One person is facing several felony charges in Tuscola County after shooting at police near Millington on Thanksgiving Day.

Michigan State Police officials say the overnight Caro Post Troopers responded to a domestic violence complaint where they confronted a suspect who began firing a gun at them.

Officers requested additional agencies requested for support including MSP aviation, K-9 Units, and the MSP Emergency Support Team. The officers used flash bangs to force the suspect from the residence.

The suspect is being held on several felony charges in the Tuscola County Jail.
