FLINT, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Instructions are on their way to eligible claimants of the Flint water crisis which will detail how they can obtain their settlement payment.
Those who filed claims will receive payments through a portal. Court officials caution claimants against rampant scams trying to steal their share of the settlement. Anyone who already received a request for bank account information should not provide it and call 202-402-2200 to report the scam.
