LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – It’s that time of year again where a turn of the clock will bring shorter days and trigger Vitamin D supplements to fly off the shelves.
Daylight Saving Time comes to an end on Sunday, Nov. 2 at 2.a.m. This is when clocks need to be turned back one hour, reverting time to to 1 a.m. Most people adjust their clocks before going to bed on Saturday night to “gain” an extra hour of sleep.

There has been a push to eliminate the twice-a-year clock change with the “Sunshine Protection Act.” It passed the U.S. Senate in 2022, but never made it through the U.S. House. Congressional lawmakers reintroduced the bill this year and is awaiting action.
