WASHINGTON, D.C. (Michigan News Source) – Michigan State University’s dreams to advance to the Elite Eight did not come true on Friday night as their season ended with a 63-67 loss to UConn.
The Spartans fell behind early on but came from behind in the second half to keep the game with the Huskies close. A neck-and-neck game continued to the final buzzer, but MSU could not overcome the gap.
