SAGINAW, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – A tentative agreement has been reached between Nexteer and UAW Local 699.
On Sunday, the Union posted on Facebook that the two sides reached a tentative agreement late Saturday night.

The update comes after union members voted to authorize a strike on Thursday, May 21 if an agreement was not reached.
In addition, union leadership said concerns raised by the membership during the process were addressed at the bargaining table; voting details will be posted throughout the plants shortly.
