FLINT, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – After a construction project five years in the making, the Sloan Museum of Discovery’s grand reopening is set for next weekend.
The 107,000-square-foot museum in Flint will hold a grand opening weekend on July 16 and 17.

General admission to the $30 million expansion and renovation is free to Genesee County residents thanks to a Genesee County Arts Education and Cultural Millage passed in 2018.
The museum includes four science, history, and hands-on learning exhibits.
