SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Lake Superior State University and the Michigan National Guard are joining forces again to help with members’ tuition costs.
This is the 12th year the university has renewed the annual tuition agreement with the guard. It’s extended the invitation to active drill members of the National Guard and Air National Guard to pursue an undergraduate degree at LSSU at a reduced rate.
A Michigan National Guard official said roughly one dozen guard members at the Soo Armory take advantage of the program.
