MACINAW CITY, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – If you are planning a trip to Historic Mill Creek Discovery Park three miles outside of Mackinaw City this summer, you may want to double check your dates.

Mackinac State Historic Parks, who run Historic Mill Creek, announced they will close the park early this year due to staffing concerns.

The Historic Mill Creek Discovery Park will be closing on August 14, several weeks ahead of its original closing date.
