PORT HURON, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – State officials closed fourteen beaches in Michigan over the weekend or issued contamination advisories for unsafe water quality.
The areas included Saginaw Bay and Lake Huron, Houghton Lake, Lake St. Clair, Grand Traverse Bay, and many beaches along Lake Michigan.
