LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – The clock is ticking. Monday is the last day Michigan residents can sign up to be on Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s Michigan Parents’ Council.
Residents have until 5 p.m. on Monday to submit an application to be a representative on the Michigan Parents’ Council.
It will consist of seven parents or family members appointed by the governor to convene regional roundtables with families across Michigan.
Among other qualifications, appointees must have children enrolled in PreK-12.
