FLINT, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – An NBA player from Flint has made a major donation to his hometown.
NBA champion and Washington Wizards player Kyle Kuzma is donating $1 million to the YMCA of Greater Flint to build a gymnasium at its new downtown location.

The gym will be named after Kuzma and have the necessary equipment for basketball, volleyball, and pickleball. It will also include a 6-lane lap pool, family splash pad and spa, locker rooms and a track.
Groundbreaking will take place this spring; the new YMCA it should be completed by early 2025.
