MUSKEGON, Mich. (Michigan News Source)-Rodney Amos Neal was sentenced Thursday morning to 65-to-100 years in prison for the 2019 shooting of an 18-year-old he thought was dealing drugs. Prosecutors claimed Neal shot the man to send a message. In addition he also received 10-to-50 years for a felon in possession of a firearm. Neal, who was on parole at the time of the shooting, claims he is a scapegoat for the prosecution.
