Blastomycosis is a disease from a fungus that grows in decomposing wood and leaves.
Health officials say Blastomycosis has a lengthy incubation time. That’s the time between exposure to the fungus and the time a patient shows symptoms. The incubation period of Blastomycosis can range from 21 to 90 days.
