EAST LANSING, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Michigan State University’s basketball team has received a major boost in the form of returning players.

Senior-to-be A.J. Hoggard and junior Jaden Akins have announced they’ve withdrawn their names from the upcoming NBA draft and will return to school for the 2023-24 season.

MSU is a preseason top 10 favorite and could move even higher with these two returning. The Spartans return six of their top seven players now from a year ago and adds the fourth ranked recruiting class in the country.
