GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Festival of the Arts is returning to downtown Grand Rapids this weekend.

For more than 50-years, the festival has been a tradition in Grand Rapids and is held along Ottawa Avenue in the area near Calder Plaza.
