PAW PAW, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Off-road vehicles (ORVs) are no longer allowed on county roads in Van Buren County.

That is any road that starts with the name “CR.” However, Van Buren County Road Commission managing director Bret Witkowski said local governments can apply for a waiver from the ban.

ORVs that are allowed on all local roads, cannot go faster than 25-miles-an-hour, need effective brakes and throttle, headlights, taillights, brake lights, and seat belts.
