IRON RIVER, Mich. (Michigan News Source) – Is age just a number? If you’re speaking about Nick Baumgartner, the answer is “yes.”

The 44-year-old Iron River native qualified for his 5th Olympic games, making Baumgartner the oldest Olympic qualifier for 2026 and the oldest U.S. Olympic snowboarder in history.
