BUFFALO, N.Y. (Michigan News Source) – The Michigan State University Spartans are on their way to the Sweet 16.
Coen Carr and Jeremy Fears, Jr. lead the No. 3-seed Spartans to beat No. 6-seed Louisville 77-69 on Saturday. Fears’ 16 assists broke Magic Johnson’s school record for most assists in an NCAA Tournament game. In addition, he added 12 points for his 10th double-double of the season.

Meanwhile, Carr recorded his first career double-double with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
